1. Agreement

By using this website, submitting an application, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Approved members will also sign a Membership Agreement and Code of Conduct before or with dues payment; those signed instruments control if they conflict with these website Terms.

2. Membership is selective

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission and does not authorize payment. The Covenant Golf Society, LLC may accept, decline, suspend, or revoke membership based on its standards and review process. Public membership checkout is closed. Dues are collected only after approval through a private payment invitation. Apparel purchases do not confer membership.

3. Payments and refunds

Membership dues and apparel purchases are processed by Stripe. Listed U.S. dollar prices refer to apparel and shop purchases. Membership dues are confirmed privately after approval. Custom embroidery orders may require confirmation before fulfillment. Refunds follow the Society’s counsel-cleared Refund & Dues Policy and any disclosures shown at Checkout. 4. Conduct

Members and guests must follow the Society’s published standards and any event rules. Conduct that harms members, hosts, or the Society’s reputation may result in removal without refund where permitted by applicable agreements.

5. Events and liability

Golf and related gatherings involve inherent risk. Participants may be required to sign an event liability waiver before play. You are responsible for your own fitness, equipment, and compliance with host club rules.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, the Covenant name, crest, and related marks are owned by The Covenant Golf Society or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Third-party services

Checkout, email, and hosting may be provided by third parties. Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for outages or errors outside our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Membership is a private Society affiliation, not a public accommodation or employment relationship.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, The Covenant Golf Society and its officers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use, application decisions, or event participation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only as permitted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory arbitration provisions that may appear in future signed membership agreements.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
